Alvis was a wonderful person whom I worked with at AGFC for a long time before I retired. He was pleasant to be around and very religious. After Alvis retired, he used to bring Louise & I vegetables and always would visit with us for awhile. We always enjoyed his company. Alvis was a friend and very respected man. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Sorry we couldn't make the funeral, but we didn't find out about this until this morning. Mary A Tucker

Tommy, Janet & Family, I am very sorry for the loss of Mr. Tackett. I had the privilege of seeing him on Monday before he passed, it is hard to realize that he has passed. May God wrap all of you in His arms of love & comfort you during this sad time in your lives.

Alvis Tackett, What a kind soul, you can't think of him with remembering how kind and loving he was to Aunt Nettie, for how long he went each morning to take care of her need. There is a special place for a special person like Alvis. Janet, you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sue Roberts
